Glasgow’s Gritty Realism

“Don’t tell me the moon is shining; show me the glint of light on broken glass.”

Anton Chekhov

This quote sums up how I feel about Glasgow in all its gritty glory.

From being the second city of the Empire to the style capital of Scotland it will flourish under the watchful eye of its very, canny weans!

Glasgow was my first love and as I breath my dying breath I’ll drink a glass of Barolo and breath in the pollutants of the ozone happy to have lived in a City brimming over with life, love, grit and resilience.

I love it exactly the way it is!
